after reading the new dev blog it is nice to see ccp doing something about amarr but is it really enoughh i mean looking at the grapgh the still do less damage and coupled witht he fatc the em wil still be the highest res on armour tanks, surely they could change the primary damage type to thermal that would make lasers much more effective close up.

You can't fitt BEAM TURRET !!! => Need change Capacitor isn't enough !!! => Need change BS bonus balance !!! => Need change Damage output are really BAD !!! => Need change (PvP may be OK with these change but the NPC ??? The NPC which tank amarr ships ??? It's great if I can reuse my SP and my ships... Actually, I don't fly amarr ship oh yes : industrial ship and interceptor but only for travel)
CCP PLEASE !!! TAKE THE TIME TO TEST ALL SHIPS AMARR ONE BY ONE !!! Kill ALL TYPE OF NPC (Gursistas, Angel, ...) for watch if the balance is really good between the race ! PvP in one VS one with all ships another same sized ship. Maller VS Thorax VS Caracal VS Rupture (PvP) after freg, bs, hac, bct1/t2 ...
Try to make good amarr ship in PvP not the looser. You can too remove the last patch and modifiy bonus on our two BS ! It's ridiculous than our BS tier2 make less damage than the tier1 !!! And it's the reason on the nerfl ! One ship have a problem (cheaper than other for damage output, you solution : you change all turret but not mega pulse only ALL PULSE !!!)
i agree 100% with this and also give the retribution another med slot please atm we don't really have an assault frig capable of solo pvp.

yeh we know u have to test thing etc but amarr cap issues have been around for a long time like i mean we either tank or gank can't shoot and tank like an mega or tempest where onyl good for gang but even then not the best, level 4 missions u need uber cap skills and rigs to do it just in general lasers need liek 30% rwduction in cap use thermal needs to be primary damage type and the ship need liek 15% more cap 15% reduciton in recharge time then maybe boost the cpu of amarr ships and the pg on the bs so we can actually fit large guns and a tank at the same time as say a hyperion can.
